  BJ and his team were great to work with. Sometimes it's a little hard to get in touch with them - but that generally has to do with how busy they are. We came here because our local fireplace shop wouldn't even come out to measure our fireplace or show us what gas fireplace would replace our old wood fireplace. We went there 3 times and they just never seemed interested. I visited East Bay Fireplace once and BJ came out the next day! Ultimately East Bay offered the best price and responded to all of our concerns. They always took good care of us! Buy here! Seriously!
