  I prefer this location over the one in the mall. I think that it probably has to do with the amount of foot traffic and how busy the staff are. At the mall you have people just wandering through, at this location people are going there to do business. I've been shopping off and on here for almost ten years. The staff are consistently helpful, they do try to up-sell for either more stuff or slightly better but they aren't pushy so I don't mind. They have a great selection in both types and sizes and have always delivered alterations on time.
