  The staff here reminds me of a flock of confused geese. They wander around the store without direction providing no help or service to the customers. I walked in and was informed that the wait would be 5-30min because I was 2nd in line (they are aware how slow they are). It was 1h 30min before I was served, and this isn't the first or second time they have taken this long to see a customer. Even after me, they told every subsequent customer that the wait was 30min, even though the line grew to 5-6 customers deep. Essentially, the rule of thumb is 3x the wait time that the staffer tells you. The reason it is such a long wait time is the staff is too slow. I overheard a 30min conversation about a staff member's newborn child and I overheard a 20 min conversation about another staff member's date last night, all the while I am waiting in line. On top of that, after each staff member finishes with a customer, they walk into the back room and disappear to hide away from the growing urgency of the customers waiting in line. I peaked into the back room and saw staffers just sitting and doing nothing, while customers are waiting for hours. I was finally served after one staffer almost skipped me in line, and he started to up-sell me on TV service when I came into the store for a 5 minute issue with my phone. Even on a Wednesday at noon, I faced a line. I can only imagine how bad it gets at 'peak time'. This is the worst place to come and I would rather be guillotined than walk back into here (and I have experienced this frustration on multiple visits to this particular store).
